Below are general FAQs for the DDY Travel experience. Please look at the individual FAQs and details on each retreat WeTravel page for more on what a yoga retreat experience is like.

What is included?

Accommodations are always included (with the exception of a few yoga teacher training programs) as are most meals.   Each trip will have a detailed list of inclusions.

Is airfare included?

No.  Our retreaters are joining us from all of the world!  Each person is responsible for their own airfare.  We will send out suggested flights, arrival and departure times, and help you feel supported on your journey. 

Do I need insurance?

YES!  We require that you purchase insurance. We know that COVID may cause a delay in your trip.  Please consider purchasing trip insurance to cover you in all cases.  I recommend buying a policy that covers you for ANY reason. Please note, most carriers do a 60 day “look back” so you should purchase the insurance at booking BEFORE any problems arise.  https://www.travelexinsurance.com/covid19

Do I need a passport?

YES, you need a passport for ALL international trips.  Please make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months from the end of the trip, as sometimes, you will be turned away.  You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport.  Make sure you check it as soon as you book!

Can you work with my dietary restrictions?

YES!   We can usually work with almost any dietary restriction, need, or allergy.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us before you book. 

What do I need to bring?

Every trip is different, and we will send out a pack and prep list about 3 weeks before we travel with specific information.  Always pack your passport, pocket money, medications, and sense of adventure!



Cancelation + Vaccine Policy

All deposits and trips are non-refundable.  

We will offer future travel vouchers for cancelations made 60 days or longer before travel, but can not offer refunds. Depending on the policy of the resort, these may only be partial vouchers. All cancelations made with 60 days of travel are non-refundable.

Please note:  COVID vaccines are REQUIRED to travel with DDY Retreats.  Failure to obtain a vaccine may forfeit your spot and no money will be refunded.
